1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Sayes app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account
- You must provide accurate personal information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- One account per person; shared accounts are prohibited.
3. Booking & Payments
- Prices are displayed before booking confirmation.
- Payments are processed through the in-app wallet or payment gateway (Geidea).
- Completed bookings are non-refundable except as stated in the cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to the time specified per facility.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a penalty fee.
- Refunds are credited to your Sayes wallet.
5. Vehicle Responsibility
- You must ensure your vehicle is legally parked and meets road safety standards.
- Sayes is not liable for pre-existing damage, personal belongings left in the vehicle, or traffic violations.
6. User Conduct
- Abusive behavior toward collectors, organizers, or other users is prohibited.
- Fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension.
7. Liability
- Sayes facilitates the parking platform; the physical parking service is provided by garage owners and collectors.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the booking as displayed in the app.
8. Modifications
Sayes reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
